Quick shedding question

Okay so Gaia has officially begun to grow like crazy haha, so of course she's in an almost constant state of shed. Her temps and humidity ore right, I even have a humidifier, and she has never even come close to having a shed stick. when she sheds big (body-length) strips, she will rub and scratch it until it's loose and then she comes up and stares at me expectantly until I reach down and just pull it off.. then she turns around and stares expectantly until I pull off the other side. When I was "pull off" I mean like pretty much picking it up off of her, it isn't stuck at all.

SO my question is, is it okay for me to help her like that? I mean she can shed it off just fine on her own, she just seems to prefer me pulling it off cause I guess its quicker and easier that way haha

I pull the loose pieces only, worry if you have to tug at all. And I like to stay away from the feet, just in case. Don't want to hurt a toe. It's like peeling a sunburn, I can't resist that either, lol.

See thats the thing haha it comes off in two sides.. feet and all. I just have to say thanks again to RamblinRose cause she's one of hers. But yeah it's never been loose or anything, she just seems to like the attention. She's got the most outstanding personality, I've only had her a month and if shes hiding all I have to do is call her name and whistle and she'll be out and exploring in minutes haha

I'm guilty of pulling the loose shed off my tegus lol, usually its the feet and back, I think they have gotten a bit lazy too because I havnt seen them rubbing on their rocks, I can get the shed off their feet all they do is lift the leg and slightly pull back(guess its their way of helping lol)

I am guilty especially around his vent he rubs his whole area all over the floor he will do it for hours so I have helped with that area and over an old shed ring on his tail that he had when I got him.
