He's looking a lil scruffy because he's in shed. I got him all messed up lookin. I had to add weight to him, ease a retained shed, rehydrate him alot, aswell as cure a nose-rub(rot) to say the least. He's been the greatest lil guy you could imagine. Loves attention and eating. He's gotta be the most expensive when it comes to food. lol. My Tegu has been much cheaper cause much of his diet I eat aswell. Just not his bugs, I don't like those lol.
He looks kinda like a she! I don't see the lavender/pink throat, blue lips, or high dorsal crest that you'd expect in a male CWD. Maybe he's just too young yet? In any case it's a nice looking dragon and looks quite content hanging out with you.
I love chinese water dragons so much. Hopefuly i can make a walk in rainforest with 2 pairs. Theiy are a sane alternative to green iguanas but i want one of those also.....
