sad sight

I was at a local pet shop today and they had a 3 ft (estimate) black and white argentine in a 2 x 2 vision cage (also an estimate) but it was way too small for him. I looked at him for probably 15 minutes contemplating taking him home, but don't have an enclosure big enough myself. If anyone is in las vegas and wants a tegu, go pick this guy up. he is puppy dog tame. if my wife says i can i may build him an enclosure this week and go get him next weekend if he is still available.

Dang what shop? I lived in Vegas for 21 years, unfortunately I'm not there anymore.

Certainly a sad sight. The way his head tapers off to such a narrow neck, he definitely requires more adequate food and proper housing.

I might go put a deposit on him tomorrow and build an enclosure over this next week.
