Hello everybody!
Well, after 4+ years of lurking, I've finally joined the forums. You see, for the longest time I have dreamed of a Tegu as a companion animal. Until recently, I've been content to gawk at all of yours!
Well no longer! After graduating college and one year under my belt teaching the Nation's children something most of them don't want to learn, I finally have the finances and stability to bring in a new living 'ism!
I have recently been in contact with Laura about one of her beautiful hybrid babies, and have just recently put in the monies. I can't wait to post pictures!
Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself. I am recently married (06/24/2012), and have had Herps on the brain for as long as I can remember. In my younger years I cared for a Corn Snake and 2 Gargoyle Geckos. Excited to meet my Tegu, and actually see him look back when I take a look.
