Sav Weird feet?

I have a Sav who is about 2 months old and 7 inches long. He was in really bad shape when I got him, dehydrated and extremely under fed. About two weeks after I got him I noticed one of his front claws was hanging by a single piece of skin, which later fell off. And a few days later I noticed all his claws on his front feet point inward rather than down. Is this normal? Or could it be from poor nutrition in the past?

I'm not familiar with Savs at all, but I'd guess it's because of the improper nutrition.

The picture quality is terrible. He wouldnt stop wiggling around long enough to get him in focus. It seems to be getting worse every day and im not sure what i should be doing.
