Scars??

Hey guys so our little guy likes to knock his face on to things just for the heck of it..well now he has caused a scab on the front of his nose can we put anything on it? I know dogs have a medicated ointment similar to neosporen do reptiles?

We hav bricks in our enclosure and he like scratches and drags himself along them..I'm hoping it's normal..sometimes he will move his face across the dirt too..

Polysporin/neosporin will be fine as long as it is without analgesic/anaesthetics.

I have read neosporin as well, but I am sure nature will resolve it.
