shedding aid

I've been hearing a lot of conflicting advice about what lubricant to use in case of a bad shed. Some say baby oil, others say olive oil. What do you guys like to use? Any pros/cons of different methods?

I'm for cod liver oil all the way. Just mix it in with your tegus food, and a perfect shed every time.

If you provide proper humidity you should never encounter any problems. To be safe mist everyday while they are shedding.
