shedding question

is it ok to help them with shedding as long as it comes off easy? I wouldn't yank the shed off, but just gentle peel action as it does when shes in the tub.

Yes, be gentle. We accidentally yanked some stuck shed once and tore the skin. Keep soaking. I've heard Shed Ease or other mineral oil based products work well.
