Sleeping a lot?

Hi all I'm not overly concerned about it at the moment but how long do tegus stay up during the day roughly cause mine only stays up for 2 -3 hours then burys himself again. He eats a lot and looks healthy, goes toilet almost every day and basks whilst he's up. But as soon as he's done those things he goes sleep again just wondering how normal it is?

Humidity is in the high 70s low 80s range and I mist daily
Basking spot surface temp is 38c (little low maybe?)
