ok so heres the deal.i have a fat tailed gecko(actually its my fiances)and it isn't eating a thing we took him t the vet and got a calcium supplement and have been giving him that along with slurry.but that still seems to not be doing anything.is there something we an do to give him enough nutrients to keep him going.he looks as if he knocking on death door and i don't want my fiances first pet to die.=[ he is also walking like hes drunk and she said hes tumbling over.
any help would be greatly apreciated. :bawl :hifit

without knowing if there is somthing wrong like a parisite it can be hard to recomend anything. In the mean time turkey babyfood mixed with unflavored pedialyet will give him the nutriants and electrolites he has lost, it will not treat anything. If he ends up pooping i would take that in for a fecal.

also what kind of substurate are you using? If its somthing small that can be eatten there is a chance its impaction.

Baby food and unflavored pedialyet every reptile owner should have. I agree 100%.
Also move him to paper towls for now. That way u can get a clean fecal sample. It's just all around better. I know it doesn't look good but it's not about that.

i have been giving him that, and the substrate is the reptile carpet....there isnt anything in his cage that he can eat besides the food and his water.and we will probably take in a fecal sampl if he doesnt die before we can get him in,=/
