Strange Lump

I have recently purchased an Argentine B&W and thus far he has been a blast.
He seems healthy, he's not showing any signs of stress, eats healthfully, and has regular bowel movements. However recently, just yesterday, I noticed a raised bump on his left side right on his back before it slopes to the abdomen. It is soft, almost blistery feeling and it has me a bit unnerved. Searching Google for this has not yielded any results so I figured I'd ask you guys if any of you have had the same and what you did to correct it. Thank you all very much.

At the moment I have no way of taking a decent pic and uploading it. But it's really faint, would be hard to get an angle where it's super noticeable. I mostly detected it through feel.

Always best to get stuff like that checked out in person. I know you don't have a pic, it just sounds kinda vague.
