I have seen a lot of conflicting info on the web about what kind, how much, and when supplements should be used. I have read about using just plain calcium, and about using calcium with D3. Some sites say that calcium with D3 is necessary, and other sites say that it can overdose the dragon and be toxic.
Can someone shed some light on this topic for me please. I have seen so many different supplement plans out there, I would just like to know what is right and wrong regarding calcium and multivitamins.
