Teg's poo !

Vet finally got back to me today regarding Teg's loose poos ! There's evidence of salmonella in them !! Therefore she's recommended a course of Antibiotics ... So next step is to get an accurate weight of him/her:-/ so she can work out how much to give ...

Glad you got answers! now, i know turtles I've heard are said to carry that without negative effects on them.am i wrong? Do tegus 'carry ' it or 'catch ' it and therefore need to be 'cured '...? I'm just curious.

I think ! What she said was that it was more concentrated than normal !? and that she was gonna try and eradicate it o'r at least keep it to minimum level !? I'm not 100% sure of the facts, don't think she knew exactly herself as she's never seen or dealt with one before although she is an exotic vet ! What fun and games trying to weigh Teg :-/ weight at 7 months = 5lbs 4 oz and counting !!!
