ok so i need to build 2 cages(so obviously fairly cheap is preferred) but the bottom one will be 8x4x3 and then the top on will be 7x4x3. yes one ON TOP of the other so they need to be sturdy, i need help with installing lights too please. i am not the handiest person and never really built anything but my friend is so be as simple as possible and help is much appreciated (ps the bottom is for my future aregentine and the top is for my columbian).
