He dosn`t seem to have much of a neck and it may be time for some tough love ..

Maybe try feeding him every other day till he looses some fat ...

If possible try to let him out so he can get some exercise ...

If you begin to think its not just fat and a deeper underling problem it mat be a good idea to take him to a veterinarian..

Gas is normal seizures are not normal .

Does he poop??
