Tegu food

What do you feed your Tegus , I have read everything I could find
I just want to hear everyones opinion.

My Tegus get ..Im gonna start with the meats first.. Lamb,Turkey,Chicken,Ground Beef, Rats, Cow liver, Hard boild Eggs and some fish. Now for fruits.. Apples,oranges,Pears, Grapes,Papya,Kiwi and bananas... I dont feed alotta veggies.. But ill put some shaved carrots or shaved zuccini or squash on there food.

I feed my tegus mice,chicks,roaches,superworms,hornworms, quail eggs, crayfish, ground turkey, leopard gecko eggs mango,strawberries,blueberries and what ever fruit I have laying around.

AB^ , where do you get quail eggs and leopard gecko eggs :?:

Quail eggs I get from asian markets.
I breed leos so I have eggs to give to them once in a while.
