Poor kid. The shop prolly wanted to keep him small. Its a common practice when you don't get them from breeders direct.

Well, look's like you've got him on the right track now! How much does he eat daily? Like one Tablespoon, two, of food?

Well i put about two tablespoons when i feed him in the morning he eats about half and in the afternoon he will eat about half a tablespoon. But i feed him a very mixed diet. His favorite it 1 hard boiled egg 1 scrambled egg cooked turkey and beef(both) 1 raw egg and a tiny bit of dog food all mixed up. I also feed him ground turkey and ground beef raw. Plus eggs and crickets. Ive fed him 2 new born mice but he only eats one a day if he decides he wants it. Hes very happy and fat ill have to measure him to see his growth also

Pet stores just maintenance feed to keep them small and is more cost effective. I also have a Colombian B&W which I got about 6 weeks ago from a pet store at 12 inches long and is now about 19 inches long. I went into that pet Store the other day and the colombians that are still there from when I got mine are all still the same size as they were 6 weeks ago. I was amazed when I got my argentine from Bobby last week at two and a half months old and 20 inches long. He definitely feeds them well!
