Tegu Stool

I have a female argentine black and white Tegu. I've had her for almost 2 months, I purchased her at the Pittsburgh reptile show. She is housed in a 8x4x2 enclosure, I use sphagnum peat moss and cypress mulch as my substrate. The ambient temp is 95°-100° the cool side is 83°- 87° the humidity is 67% - 75% and the basking is 100°- 115° (sometimes a little higher). All temps are measured using a digital temp gun. She eats like a champ (ground turkey, beef liver, chicken gizzard, egg, hoppers, collard greens, grapes, etc.
She's shed twice since I've had her and she is at 29 inches now. When I got her she was 25 inches. The problem is her stool sometimes is soft or loose, but when she goes to the bathroom in her water pan it's normal. Anyone else have this happen?

Just like us their stool changes with what they eat, from new foods or just too much mixed meaty meals. Especially when you're introducing them to new foods. As long as it's not consistently loose or runny for a long time, it does firm up to normal poop for a while then I wouldn't worry about it. If it's loose more often than not I would have a fecal done just in case.
