Hey,so i'm back with some pictures and an update on my tegu Renji! He's getting pretty big, about 27inches snout to tail. His growth took off when he woke up from hibernation in jan,he hibernated for 4 1/2 months. He eats everything in sight,it seems like hes growing over night,i'm proud of him!
He's getting some cool colors, i know they more than likely won't stick,but they are cool. He's getting an orange belly,he has some light purples on his head and its really creamish. Really good look guy he is. He's in a 75gallon,he has enough space,but naturally he'll be moving up in the next month, i'm busy working on my snake rack,his cage is next. I plan to make a 4unit cage.
I uploaded a picture,with him next to a black slate rock,from before when i first got him 8months ago,compared to now.
Lets not forget his new buddy,
