Hello im Tom I am a reptile enthusiast. I how been keeping reptiles since i was 16 and im almost 20 now. I always liked reptiles and wanted to get a snake long story short we got a few bearded dragons from petsmart they had MBD and are all dead now so i went to the reptile expo and met a breeder named chad with the dragons den who sold me a nice yellow bearded dragon who i still have. Then i went and ordered a Savannah monitor who had health problems right off the bat but I was successfully taming him but then after having him for 2 weeks he stopped eating and died. I knew that was a risk getting a young farm bred monitor so i then looked online and found tegusonly and also looked and snakes at sunset and found a captive bred roughneck monitor for sale. I only hve enough room for one large lizard so I went with the tegu cause i already wanted one and I heard they where the best for starting with large lizards. So now I have an argintine black and white tegu who I have not named yet. I still plan on getting a snake just after the tegu is situated.
