Thermometers

Has anyone used this? And if so, does it work well?

I also thought about using this and just moving the probe between spots a few times a day...This catches my eye because I'm a full time college kid without a job lol.

So, would anyone recommend either of these, or have a better alternative?

I would opt for the Infrared Thermometer. Haven't tried that particular one but it looks good and at a good price.
