I hope this care sheet cleared the issue up for you, as well as the list of food items. If you cannot learn from this I honestly cannot help you. I will also mention if you had searched the forums all of this was easily reachable in less than one minute. I really am willing to help you Rep Coop, and Tanman I understand your frustration 100% but helping him would definitely be the optimum choice given the situation.
