Tiny White Bugs & Brown Bugs?

Hi Everyone, I have a B&W tegu and he's about one year old. Recently I discovered some really tiny white bugs. At first I thought they were small eggs but when I looked closer, they appear to be tiny bugs. The only place I see them is under the water bowl. I can also see these small brown bugs. They're a tiny bit bigger and move way faster. They are usually under the water bowl as well, or near by it. I haven't noticed any of the brown or white bugs on my tegu though. I noticed them a couple weeks ago, so I washed the wooden enclosure completely out, but I noticed that they are back again now. Could you guys tell me what they are, and if they are harmful to my tegu please? And also, does anyone know how to get rid of them? Any advice would really help!
