First time using tongs, he was a lot easier to feed than I expected. (Especially since he hasn't eaten in almost a week!!) I still used the kennel, I wasn't sure if he'd get overly excited or something. I might try it a few more times and if he stays "calm" I may try doing it with out him in the kennel.

Here is the video! I'm almost positive you can hear him crunch the first mouse, I think its AWESOME lol. I think its around 0:15

Not related but I found this one of Rango, he was so tiny!!

Guru is one big mamma-jamma! What a gorgeous lizard; is he naturally that yellowish or is he in shed? Either way I really dig his colors. What's Guru's overall size (length, weight)?

I'm not sure how much Guru weighs, he was around 8.5lbs a couple months ago. He's lost a little bit of weight this winter. He does have some yellow to him but not nearly as much as in the video. He was shedding and the kitchen light sometimes changes their colors. He hasn't been getting a ton of length lately, I haven't measured him in a while but he's probably 44-46". I don't think he's going to get much longer, I suppose its possible since hes still young. I'm really excited to see him bulk up more!
Next time I see him I'll try to get an interaction video, he's taming down pretty well. Still extremely curious. I still need to get a video of the hybrid but I rarely see him.
Rango is probably the heaviest but hes a few inches shorter than Guru. He seems like hes a little grouchy this winter too, I'm not sure if its the temps or maybe delayed puberty. He was a little slower to develop, I think its mostly due to his diet before I got him.
