Too big to burrow.

Well, I've been noticing that my big boy xibulba sometimes just doesn't even bother to burrow anymore. He'll lay on top of where he would and just sleep there. They're getting cramped in their current tank (4x2x2) and were building a new one currently but it's so funny to see him just laying there all innocent and exposed. Caught a cute pic this morning of just his face sticking out

Niles is only like 25" but he just pushed all the dirt out from under the shelf and made a wall like that. So just left one hole open to come in and out. He's funny.

It's funny but lately niles has been coming out at night and sleeping on his basking rock sometimes. Not under his night heat lamp...just the basking rock with the heat lamps turned off. Maybe sometimes his hide gets too stuffy for him to sleep
(?) So cute though
