two shirt method

I was just wondering how long you keep your gu in your shirt with the two shirt method. I had mine in there for just over an hour today.

Not sure what the 2 shirt method is.. but when I 1st got my GU, i just came home from work, took the shirt off I was wearing and just put it in, did the same all week, just swapped it out everytime I came home.
Basically leave it in there.

Never had a problem with handling till this day,.

its where you wear two shirt and let the gu be inbetween the two shirts.
