Update on peritas

This is peritas just showing his progress, at first he was a fussy eater for the first 3 months, now eats like a horse

Also any know whether its a he or a she

The sixth pic makes me think female but it can go either way since they mature at different rates. Keep an eye out when it poops to see if it inverts its hemipenes or leaves sperm plugs.
Other than that you can check and feel both sides of the cloaca for spurs if it's a male it will have them, females don't but they can pop up some time later as well.

Ok thanks for that, also I've noticed the peritas has started to get chubby cheeks could this be a start of getting jowels?

It's possible. Females can also get a little squishy around the jaw but as adults there is no question who's male and who's female. As bubblz said, you can check for spurs. Keep an eye out for sperm plugs which are another (obvious) indicator of gender. I would also lean towards female from these pictures. S/he is looking great so far, keep it up
