Vitamin question

Just curious as to what vitamins everyone supplements their tegus' food with regularly.

Calcium, D3, Fish Oil.

i use repto-cal, repti-vite, and cod liver

is cod liver and fish oil interchangeable?

do you mean can you mix them? i have no idea,i never used the fish oil!

No i mean I am having a hard time finding in the store but fish oil is more easily found. Do they accomplish the same thing, or is cod liver oil specifically necessary?

The only place I have ever found the cod liver oil in the past is at the grocery store, they usually only have one brand and its hard to find when everything you see is some kind of oil. Gel caps will work fine, just dose it less often since you are giving a larger dose than if it were mixed with food. My girl doesn't care she is eating a pill, she chomps through everything...and the gel caps dissolves easily in their stomachs.

I have found if you go to a GNC store it is very very easy to find the cod liver oil
