A 7x3x3ft enclosure similar to this( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SYzs_10qjes&list=UUwg9oyUlezMbiq1pNPCnJcA ) used for a pair of gold columbian tegus?

I think the cage size would be OK. I think keeping a pair together should be considered with caution and a back-up plan in case they do not get along.

I second the back up idea. Guru has been around a few males and all he wanted to do was show his dominance. (Mounting, biting).

I have a pair and have to separate them at times. The male and female take turns being the aggressors.

A back up cage is always a good idea with more then one tegu. Bosco is the nicest tegu in the world but when he knows there is a lady gu around he goes nuts!
