What parts of 'game meats' are safe to feed to my Tegu?

Hey guys!

I have someone giving me unwanted bits from their hunting. I'm hoping someone can tell me what parts of a deer are safe to feed to my Tegu?
He's giving me the liver, kidneys, pancreas, calves, and other pieces of meat that normally wouldn't get eatten by humans.

To be safe, at least cook first in case of parasites. Beyond that, I don't know.

They can't properly digest cooked food though.

I believe they can eat acrambled or boiled eggs, but I'm 99% sure their meats need to be raw.
