Her back and head are very gray/ off-white. The line that goes from her eyes back to her tail look like somebody colored it in with a yellow highlighter. It looks florescent yellow. I wish her real colors would show in these picture.

About 2 months ago I took in a 1 year old B&W female. I took her to the vet and the fecal came back fine. I put her in quarantine. Saturday, I took her and our Red to the vet for a checkup. They both had fecals done and both came back clean.
I decided to put them both in the same 8X3X3...

I agree. I received a B&W in February and she isn't even under the same roof as my other animals. She is in quarantine with a few new p. picta that I received. I'll take her out April 25, which will make it 2 months. You could probably do a Google search on proper reptile quarantine...
