    New rescue baby! Advice?

Glad you came to her rescue! I am excited to see how she improves under your care. It definitely amazes me what people do with their pets. Not sure what the old owner was thinking putting her in a 20 gallon tank. Poor thing

Question on amount of time spent interacting/working/bonding with Tegu.

This being our first tegu we have been pleasantly surprised at how quickly she has warmed up to us and continued to develop a bond. She is an adult and was cared for well before us but I don't think she got much hands on time previously.

Is this just common when getting two tegus? What concerns should I look at when getting a second tegu? How should we introduce them...

How much to feed my future tegu?

We are offering food to our female adult every other day. We can easily offer this often as she is not by any means overweight. She decides how much she wants and stops/turns away when she is done.

That's good. I really think u should look into the adult on craigslist. It's great to find an adult that's friendly and needs a home

New baby tegu does not use hind legs. Advice please

She looks paralyzed. Has she moved her tail at all? I would get her to a vet right away.
