    Oh, I have plenty of powder now, thanks. Still no more trembling episodes. The yogurt was just a treat. I don't plan on making it a regular thing. I may just give him a spoonful now and then when I have some, though.

    Greek yogurt has a negligible amount of lactose. I'm not going to sweat it as an occasional treat.
