We're an active forum but even more so as more of us are now working mostly or entirely from home.
Gets me to thinking that for many of us we'll now have time we otherwise wouldn't to observe and interact with our pets, in this case our ever stalwart tegu denizens!
Do you own a tegu? Do yo live in the path of Hurricane Dorian? If so, you owe it to your pet and to the world around you to keep your tegu secure. Keep safe.
To their diet I am going to try canned mackerel. Several positives associated with it.
I'll report back on it over weekend.
I'm expecting it to be popular.
It's Walter1. Rodney's expreriencing the same problem as some of us, being blocked from the site. I've put in a message to the site's owner.
In the meantime, Rodney's asked me to share that yearlings, subadults, and adults are each 190.00 + shipping for some amount of time!
Fellow members,
This morning I saw that one of my oldest kept Argies, Rosita, my moniker above, had died. I do not know why. Reckon she was 4-yrs old, had her for 3. A Fl WC firebelly. Never much of an eater and a little shy. Oscar, Snowflake, and Jingles'll get along reckon, and the things...
This is Jingles, a young adult male from Tegusonly. Arrived last week. Stayed out of sight until yesterday. Basking, etc. Now. Gentle. This the picture of him from Rodney.
Hi Everyone-
The explosion of spam concerns many of us and prompted me to search out an administrator.
Took a while, but an administrator named Josh said he could remove the spam. He asked if I'd want to be a moderator. I said that I might but first need to know what the job entails. I'm...
After 3.5 months of solid slumber (wish I knew how!), Oscar, Rosita, and Snowflake have been awakened.
Moved from 58F and dark to a temporary indoor enclosure with heat until warm enough to spend summer outside.
I sure did miss them. They just look at me!
Be it ever so crumble...
Mid-April through Sepember-early-October, home for my 1.2.
The low ground extension adds more hours of direct sunlight. The porch is cement-bottomed. They live amicably with the two redfoots. Two identical side by side hides with eco earth. They nearly always pile...
my 1.2 woke up earlier this month. Now ravenous. Tonight, 28 F/T dusted mice. Tomorrow, I buy wet dog food for completely non-canine reasons. Warm enough to be up, but not enough acceptable nights to stay outside yet. Maybe a foggy door is in order.
I miss my 1.2 B&W Argie dragons. Gone to sleep for the winter. Oscar, Rosita, and Snowflake. Sleep tight. I'll check on y'all from time to time til March. Frowny face.
