Air temp vs surface temp and humidity

I've been tweaking with my enclosure set up, trying to get the atmosphere just right, but am having trouble getting reliable info on ideal temp and humidity ranges. Basking temp is clear. A gradient from 110 to as high as 130. Low side is mid 70s to 80s. But what about ambient air temps? I have a gradient in my enclosure from about 130 to 72 by surface temp(the air temp on the cool side runs about 80). My gu always seems to be hanging out on the hot side. It makes me feel like something is off. Do surface temps matter as much in non basking areas or is it better to judge by air temp on that side? Is it a good idea to raise the air temps on my cool side with a ceramic heater?
Also looking for some good advice on humidity. How much is too much? I've heard of too high humidity causing mouth rot. What level of humidity are you guys running? I've been shooting for about 70 percent, but have seen people run much higher.

I've got the same thing going on. Hot spot is the same as yours, ambient temps on the hot side are mid 90's, cool side mid 80's, and she's always on the hot side. When I temp gun her she keeps her body temp about 92 pretty consistently. I'm thinking it's normal.
