I have a year old Argentine B&W Tegu, 23" long, very healthy, feeding every 4 days or so.
I am planning a vacation which will take me away from home for 14 days.
If I leave lots of fresh water for him (he has never pooped in his water container), and the Temp/Humidity is maintained with timers, as they are now, will it be safe for him to go without food for two weeks?
I know that some Tegus can bumate for periods of several months without eating, so I'm assuming that it will not be a problem.
But I would like the opinions of this forum.
Thanks
