B/W or Columbian

So here is a pic of my rescue tegu James. I thought he was a B/W Argentine. But now I'm not sure. Any help would be great.

Columbians can be great though. I had a 3 foot columbian that was more tame than my 3 foot argentine is now. But the price should be very different, if you bought him from someone at a b/w price (well over $100) you should get your money back because a columbian should be about $50 as a baby and around $100 as an adult.

Columbia is in North America, Colombia is in South America.

He's almost three feet. Very picky eater. Doesn't like to be held much. But is very tame. I rescued him from a guy who had a 60watt bulb in a 6 foot by 16inch enclosure. Had a bad nose rub and stuck on shed. He's as happy as can be now
