How does one humanely kill a chick?

Put a chunk of dry ice in a sealable bucket. Leave it sealed for a few minutes to let the co2 gather at the bottom and put the chicks in and put the lid on the bucket. The chicks will be unconcious within a minute and dead in another. They don't feel any pain or discomfort. That is the way or at least is simular to how the big rodent providers kill theirs. I think they use bottled co2.

OOOH! thanks Bubblz!!! Spartacus has been having the squirts and I really couldn't figure out why, temps are fine, humidity is fine, but I have been giving him a chick every week! I'm guessing this is why he has mud butt?
makes sense to me, he never had this problem before.
