Yikes! that's no bueno. As far as appetite does she have a good food response?
Not a great one. Took her to the local reptile vet.
The top eye lid has dying tissue, There numerous insect bites, part of tail had to be amputated due to being partially broken. The damage to the face seems to be from a bite.

Wow sorry to hear that...definitely not what you want to see when you finally get your tegu. But man she's definitely a trooper and from what it sounds like she's finally in good hands!
Yeah it really was a disappointment. Came from Under ground reptiles. I didn't even bother trying to reach out to them. From mixed reviews may not even been worth it.

dang sorry to hear that. I lost an $800 het albino male tegu (not from UGR) back when i first started in 2018.

This is absolutely horrible. F UGR. I'm never buying from them again. I got lucky with mine, but seeing yours the way she was, is just sad and unforgivable.
