bloody nose

I notice when I got home my tegu nose was bleeding I thought maybe she scratched it on soemthing in her cage so I put her in the bath and now that she’s out it looks to be coming out of her nostril . I’m not sure what to do

Any updates on how she's doing? Nose rub is common for lizards but it usually does not come from inside the nostril
