My guess is no, not just because of the huge size difference, but i bet things just wouldn't match up. If it could be done someone would have already done it.
There's always been that discussion. I guess since they are in the same genus, some DNA might match up and they might be able to to be combined in lab setting, but they don't seem to be interested in mating. I just made this comment somewhere else...I have at least three different species of anole in my yard, but no green/brown hybrids.
