Okay my black and white Argentine tegu got done brumating and ever since then she hasn't really pooped she poops very little but I could tell she's trying to push. I'm not sure what to do for her because she's eating but very little. I soak her in warm bath water and she tries to poop. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

IMO I don't know of any home remedies to help with this . From what it sounds like your Tegu may have some sort of impaction. I would take her to the vet for assistance.
