Dehydrated or about to shed?

I'm not entirely able to tell if my tegu is healthy or not. I purchased him about a week and a half ago from Underground Reptiles. Does he seem like he's dehydrated or about to shed? He does eat and is quite active and inquistive outside of his cage. He has also been drinking and poops regularly. Je hasn't shed while I've had him.

Looks like a healthy guy to me keep the humidity up by soaking his substrate misting will only be a quick fix and limit ventilation. Don't stress out they shed like craaaazy at that age
