does anyone sleep with their tegus?

I have a 2.5' red and a 3' giant and I've slept with them a few times, wi them under the pillow or under covers. The nuzzle against a human body and fall asleep and then sleep all night. I just built a new cage and the red wants to run away when I get her out to eat so I was wondering if sleeping with him will help.

i think it would help then he would get use to your scent. try to get him useto the new cage .do you have a bin where you feed him then he cant run away.
my tegu just loves to come and sleep with me
