eek ! tiny, tiny, bugs

I use cypress mulch mostly with maybe 1/3 top soil substrate. I was flipping the mulch and soil around in one of the enclosures and under the bright mercury vapour bulb, I saw real, tiny, white dots moving around mostly in the corner where it is moist most of the time.

there are none on my tegu :fc

I am very concerned.

I wouldnt be too terribley concerned with it as long as they arent mites (mites that arent filled with blood will be greyish). Bugs come in with mulch sometimes, it happens. If you want to get rid of them however you could bake sections of the mulch. That should kill the insects and their eggs.
