I'm sure it's not too unusual, but I got my tegu on Friday and he still hasn't eaten for me. If offered raw egg, hard boiled egg, a pinky, some chicken gizzards. He won't eat anything I've offered. Not even crickets or roaches

Give him a few days to adjust. Tegus do not, do not, like change.

I'm just worried because I've had him for a week and he hasn't eaten anything for me. I'm worried that he'll get hungry and aggressive

Don't worry. Make sure hide box is at other end of where basking spot is.

Well, if he can get hot enough to eat and cool enough to rest, and if his tail, back legs and hips aren't skinny, could be he wants to overwinter. Otherwise, a vet check would be a good idea.
