Enclosure help!

Ok so I'm not made of money and I'm not an architect or carpenter. Not really great at building things so I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on making a fairly cheap and easy enclosure for an adult tegu. I was considering just having my tegu free roam around my apartment but I heard that's a terrible idea because the irregular humidity can cause health problems so that's out. Any ideas would be great thanks!!

This is prob the easiest build I have seen. You are correct about free roam not being appropriate.
