Could be me but it does not look like an extreme to me...I have also never seen anyone call it and Extreme Argentine B&W Tegu... Great price if it is real. I would be very suspicious though.

Its hard to tell with the top view like that, it kinda does I can kinda see the bubbles on the side lol the face is a bit pointy too but there has to be a side shot
