No brainer but a colored bin would reduce stress so he doesnt feel like anyone is "looking over his shoulder"/ no predators around so he can just eat and feel safe.

I use a clear sterilite tub. Gary isnt really a public feeder, sometimes I have to walk to the oher side of the room before he'll eat. I use a lid with holes drilled into it. It helps keep down the mess if they decide to shake ther food around
