For Sale - Blue Tegu from last years clutch - SOLD

He has a slight birth defect, what looks to be a couple of opposed enlarged ribs. The vertebra that connects them seems to have a slight point on it. It's hard to see the defect in pictures. Doesn't affect him in any way, he's a strong little bugger! He is not tame. He has a wicked feeding response. Not for a first time Tegu owner. Since he's 10 months old he's probably in Tegu "puberty" and will come out of it a calmer Tegu.

$200 plus $35 for shipping.

It doesn't look like we will be hatching any Blue's this year.

He's still available. I think the defect does involve the spine. It clicks sometimes when he moves while I'm holding him. He moves fine.

He's a year old now, must be well over 2 feet long. Not for the faint of heart, lunges (jumps) when the enclosure is open, always hungry. Good reflexes a must to catch him. He needs to be fed & handled daily, something I can't do (too busy with other stuff). He should come out of "Tegu puberty" in a couple of months.

Will accept any offer. Not sure he'll fit in the shipping packaging I have though.

He's sort of sold, waiting for the final payment.

No, I can't ship to Canada. It's illegal to export many types of reptiles without the proper time consuming and expensive paperwork.

None, we're cutting back. The wife wants the house back. I'll keep my BP, he's been living next to my bed (in a tank) since we got him as a hatchling about 4.5 years ago.
